Performance Management

Performance Management

Our team leaders maintain constant coordination with the staff and their respective responsibilities. A critical task which we undertake involves unearthing and evaluating the dominant skills of our employees. This ensures optimal streamlining of workflow operations for our employees.

The determination of future wages is heavily reliant on performance evaluation. There are two crucial steps involved in this process: identification of both institutional and individual goals.

At the end of each 12-month period, these objectives, processes and results must be compared and finalized through objective benchmarking systems.

Remuneration is carried out within the scope of the objective-result relationship. Seniority is considered in the assessment.

Once feedback is received, we can identify the area where our employees need to improve and develop, and we will proceed with planning the optimization program.
